Exchange and Refund Policy

You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within seven working days, starting on the day after the Goods are delivered to you & would like the goods to be returned with their original packaging.

If you choose to cancel then you must return the Goods to us at your cost and you must take reasonable care of the Goods in your possession. We advise you to ensure that the Goods are adequately insured during the return journey and to retain proof of postage.

If you have not returned the Goods within 21 days of cancellation or when requested by us to do so, whichever occurs first, we can collect the Goods from you at your cost.

We cannot accept back individual items sold as part of a kit.

Electrical goods (sterilisers or monitors) must be complete with all power leads and accessories. We would like the goods returned to us in a re-saleable condition.

Before you return an item, please inform our Careline, quoting your order reference number.

You should return the goods to the address above enclosing your delivery note.

We will refund the original purchase price via your credit card. Please note that it can take up to 30 days to process your refund.

We are unable to refund any postage and packing costs for the return of any goods, unless the goods are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
